Crash Bandicoot and Skylanders Celebrate Crash's 20th Birthday!

Let again Skylanders brings kid (and lets face it us adults) gaming to a new level and brings in extra fun. This franchise cannot be stopped!

"We celebrate two decades of Crash Bandicoot who will soon join the Skylanders Imaginators cast when the video game launches on October 16th! In honor of this exciting day, please find a special anniversary video and photo for your use! We would love for you to share with fans.

The 90s hero and his arch-nemesis Dr. Neo Cortex will join the Skylanders Imaginators lineup of Sensei characters as fully-playable toys. Announced last month, the game will feature a Crash level, Thumpin’ Wampa Islands, which pays homage to the original Crash and includes the classic TNT boxes, crabs, hazards, temple ruins, Wumpa Fruit, exploding fruit and more. Super Bowl Champion and Crash super fan, Emmanuel Sanders was one of the first to play the new level! The level will be available on the PS3 and PS4 starter packs at launch and will be released in a special Adventure Pack for all platforms later this year.

As you know, Skylanders Imaginators offers two fun ways to play:
•                 Create your own Imaginators with inifinte options using Creation Crystals
•                 Collect Sensei characters to level up your Imaginators and blow enemies away with powerful Sky Chi attacks

The Secret Life Of Pets Unveils it's Toy Line!

We here at TMG LOVE LOVE LOVE the Despicable Me series, so we were really looking forward to seeing what was INSIDE, The Secret Life Of Pets-we were not disappointed.  Coming out this July, Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures have teamed up for what is sure to be the family fun movie of the summer.  With the voices of Kevin Hart, and Louis Ck (who I am in love with.. NO really if anyone out there is reading this and knows him, I am available…sorry Mike) playing the funny furry creatures, you are in for a real treat.  We saw exclusive trailers, and even better than that- we saw the toy line.  OH the toys!  Spin Master is going to totally rock the shelves with the amazing lineup that they have for the kiddos to collect, play with and hug.  From blind bags to plushes, they have everything your little fan will need to recreate the movie at home.

The 6-inch plush are so cute and cuddly and will come in all 10 characters.  They can take a lickin' and keep on tickin',  something I can vouch for since we got Max over two weeks ago and he hasn't let go of him yet!  The Mini Apartment Building is just the cutest thing I have seen.  Each set comes with a small figure, a room from their apartment that they live in and a few items that they cannot live without as well.  The best part though is that each set is stackable so you can make your own little apartment building.

The Best Friend Max Feature Plus will let you bring home all the action and personality of Max from the movie without having to carry around a pooper scooper.  Max has a detachable leash, and will walk around saying 20 different sounds and phrases from the movie.  When the leash is attached he will be your fateful companion, it’s when the leash is off that you get to see his “secret” personality.  So adorable.

Wonder Forge has also joined in the Secret Life fun with a new spin on their very popular character match games.  In the Secret Life Of

Pets version your child has to match the picture of their favorite pet with their shadow.  It is a great new spin on an old game that will certainly keep everyone on their toes!  If a T-shirt is what your child is looking for then Mad Engine Apparel has them covered.  With high quality stitches and fun characters from the movies on them, they will be stylin' while sporting their favorite pup at the park!

If you think the fun ends with the kids, you are gravely mistaken.  Like a match made in heaven, The Secret Life of Pets has teamed up with Pet Smart exclusively to make a line of toys just for your fur babies.  That is correct folks, from little big heads that squeak when your pup plays with them to rope toys to throw around, the Secret Life of Pets appeals to both the kids and the real babies of the house--your pets!  They are so cute that you really will want to buy them all!

Minions The MOOOOOOVie! Toy Fair Exclusive!

It is a fact universally known that everyone LOVES the Minions. I have not met one person that has not had a smile plastered on their face when I have uttered the word Minion. NOT ONE! So I know that everyone will be just as excited as I am to see the new Minion MOOOOVIE, coming this June.
"The story of Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s Minions begins at the dawn of time. Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters. Continuously unsuccessful at keeping these masters—from T. Rex to Napoleon—the Minions find themselves without someone to serve and fall into a deep depression.
But one Minion named Kevin has a plan, and he—alongside teenage rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob—ventures out into the world to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow. "

Today we got a sneak peak at the movie as well as the amazing Minion toys that are coming with its release.  You think the Minions make you smile now, wait till you see this new movie. It is going to be great, add that to the new toys they have lined up and you will have an everlasting grin!

From Hasbro board games- like Minion Operation, to spinning Minion tops, and Mega Bloks, these toys will have you laughing and playing all year long.

SPINNIN’ MINIONS.  I mention these first not only because they are fun, but because of the reaction I witnessed first hand at the event.  There were two of these bad boys on the play table they had set up for the kids, and the kids lined up to play with them. This is essentially a top in Minion form that lights up.  Showing us yet
